Job Description 

One (1) Senior Digital Signage Analyst (UX/CX), reporting to Melis Vardar. The Senior Digital Signage Analyst (UX/CX) is a senior technician who will ensure UCLA's digital signage strategy is effectively implemented with an emphasis on user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). This role will develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy and associated processes aligned with organizational goals and target audience needs. The Senior Analyst will streamline content workflows and deliver seamless content experiences, focusing especially on UX/CX optimization.
