This event attracts AV & IT professionals, instructional designers, technology vendors, manufacturers and those in related fields that support higher education institutions. This event provides a place for peers to network in the field, share experiences across institutions, learn best practices in audiovisual and IT services on campus, as well as provide numerous topics for training and showcasing technology.

NC State Campus Tours:

NC State Campus Tours will be taking place on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 12:30-3:30pm. You may choose to sign up for the Main Campus or Centennial Campus Tour! Explore firsthand what makes NC State a leader in innovation and success. This is an opportunity to step outside the conference rooms and experience our spaces. The guided tours offer a look at labs, enhanced media classrooms, meeting spaces, and unique landmarks like the Historic Bell Tower and the PULSTAR Nuclear Reactor* (*sign up and valid photo ID required).
