Job Description
Two (2) Senior AV Support Technicians (Live Events), reporting to Craig Shibley. These roles will oversee technical and customer service support for live event services at the Luskin Conference Center, The Hill, Lake Arrowhead Conference Center, and other live event spaces in ITS-controlled venues. This role will advise the operation, setup, teardown, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues with AV technologies across UCLA's campus. The Senior AV Support Technician will advise the application of consultative services for faculty, staff, students, and events customers. The standards set for the consultative services will leverage their experience to create improvements on the utilization of multimedia hardware and software to ensure best-in-class AV requirements are met for planning, execution, and follow-up of live events.
