Job Description
The ITS Service and Support Technician, under direction from the Service and Support Manager provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff seeking assistance for college technology issues. This position will serve as a customer facing point of contact for customers on assigned campuses and focus on pro-active efforts to support technology users and maintain technology deployments. Responsibilities include deployment and support of desktop computing hardware and software, support of presentation technology systems, support for live events, and assisting with ongoing documentation of supported systems.
Experience Required
High-School Diploma or equivalent and two years of successful relevant work history or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
