Introduction to AV Over IP

Communicate, Negotiate, and Motivate: Leadership Essentials for Technology Professionals

The nature of the AV/IT industry since 2020 has been one of rapid evolution, but have you evolved with it? More than ever, institutions and companies with internal technology support need strong leaders to effectively navigate change, reorganize responsibilities, and improve team performance.  This three-hour workshop will include a series of demonstrations, activities, and discussions focused on introducing key skills every leader needs to communicate, negotiate, and motivate effectively.

After completing the workshop, learners will be able to:
