NEW THIS YEAR!
The Snack Break Partnerships are new this year and are unique to the space in the Penn Stater Hotel conference space. There is a snack break area in the building near the session rooms where we will be hosting our breakout sessions. This area will be open to attendees during events. We anticipate that this may hinder traffic back to the Sponsor Showcase during select break times. In an effort to increase face time with attendees, we are offering the Snack Break Partner add-ons to allow your organization to have an increased presence at the the Snack Break area duing the time below.

• Recognition during evening functions and welcome session.
• Special recognition at Penn Stater hotel snack bar adjacent to concurrent session space. This is located in a common break area with hot and cold beverages available from 7:00am-5:00pm. Snacks are included from 9:00am-11:00am (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) and 2:00pm-4:00pm (Tuesday/Wednesday). Partnering as a Snack Break Partner enable attendees access to these snacks throughout the event.

Contribute to the ETC Travel Scholarships ($250+)

NEW THIS YEAR!
We have had several corporate partners inquire about ways to contribute to getting more institutional attendees at our events from organizations that may have limitations in funding. Consider contributing to the Travel Scholarship fund so that we can award more travel awards this year. Details included below.

Please consider supporting the ETC Travel Scholarship Fund. Last year, ETC awarded its inaugural travel scholarships to three individuals, enabling them to attend the Annual Conference at NC State—an opportunity that would not have been possible without financial assistance. With typical travel costs ranging from $2,000 to $2,500, current funding limits the number of scholarships we can provide.

Our goal is to sustain at least three scholarships each year while expanding access to even more participants. We invite you to allocate a portion of your corporate partnership toward this fund, helping us increase the number of scholarships available. Eligible applicants are higher education professionals whose roles involve working with campus technology.
