Dr. Matt Wegmann from Tulane’s Resolution and Restorative Engagement Program will be speaking about the development and implementation of his program, the services they offer, and the Restorative Dialogue Model they’ve created. Grounded in principles of empathy, inclusion, and accountability, their services range from individual conflict coaching to facilitated dialogues and community-building circles. The Restorative Dialogue Model accentuates this work by equipping community members with restorative questions and conversation strategies to navigate challenging situations.
