How to Get the Most Out of ETC Membership

The Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC) Membership Committee invites current and potential members to a webinar on how to get the most out of your membership. The mission of ETC is to provide leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, and support for quality teaching and learning at institutions of higher education. This webinar will focus on resources and opportunities available to member institutions. 

Please join Mike Pedersen (Iowa State University), Steve Bogart (Atlona), Joe Auger (Roger Williams University), and Doug McCartney (Guest from the Resource Advisory Committee) as they review: 

  • ETC Listserv – connecting with peers to share information and define industry best practices 

  • Resource Hub – member created content and resources 

  • Committees – chairs, charters, and how to get involved 

  • Interest Groups – collaborate with like-minded individuals in areas such as Women in Technology, Emerging Technologies, or Instructional Design 

  • Annual Conference – details on the upcoming conference in October and “dinner with friends” 

  • Personal Stories – speakers will share stories of their ETC involvement and development
